The adoption and application of emerging technologies are an essential part of Africa's development, and this is in line with the aspirations and goals of the African Union's Agenda 2063, Science, Technology and Innovation Strategy for Africa (STISA 2024), as well as the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2030) targets and indicators.
